Geographic coordinates captured when you sync your location, used to match nearby workers and clients.

Messages exchanged through the in-app chat system.

Transaction Data

Payment records, subscription status, token balances, and escrow history.

2. How Data Is Stored & Protected

Bank account details are stored securely and never displayed publicly.
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing.
Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Retention Periods

Account data is retained while your account remains active.
Transaction and verification records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud compliance.
Location data is stored only as long as needed to provide proximity matching (typically refreshed on each sync).
Upon account deletion, personal data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is legally required.
