These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Handwork platform, operated by Paws Interactive Hub (BN: 9749144). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Handwork is a marketplace that connects Clients seeking services with Workers offering skilled services. We provide the platform and payment processing; we do not provide the underlying services ourselves.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• All communication between clients and workers must occur within the Service; contact details are not shared publicly.

3. Verification

To access certain features, users must verify their email address and phone number. Clients must be fully verified before contacting a Worker. We do not collect government identification or bank details for verification.

4. Tokens & Credits

• Clients use tokens to send requests to workers.
• New clients receive a one-time grant of free tokens upon signup, after which tokens must be purchased.
• Tokens are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Worker Subscriptions

Workers may be required to maintain an active subscription to remain discoverable in search results. New workers receive a free trial period, after which a recurring subscription fee applies.

6. Payments, Escrow & Platform Fee

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• For job payments, the Client funds an escrow; funds are released to the Worker upon completion and approval.
• A platform fee of 15% is deducted from job payments before payout to the Worker.
• Workers must maintain valid payout details (bank account) to receive funds.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Attempt to bypass verification, payment, or security measures.
• Share contact details or arrange payment outside the Service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paws Interactive Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any Worker or Client. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by Workers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms other users or the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
